Kiddiroo offers a FREE Personal Shopper Service. If you would like some help and advice in choosing your children's gifts, then Kiddiroo can help. Simply fill in the contact us form with your requirements and we will provide you with an extensive catalogue of choices to fit in with your needs within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all order within 24 hours. If your order has been placed over the weekend, then this may not be possible due to postal times. All items should be received within 3 - 5 working days, although in most cases you should receive your orders sooner.

I want to order a gift for somebody, but I don't want to send it to my billing address?
This isn't a problem. When you are 'checking out' on the website you will be asked for your billing address and a delivery address if this is different. We also offer an excellent gift-wrapping service for just £2.00 per item, allowing you to send a gift direct to a recipient anywhere in the world. From the drop down menu when you checkout, simply select a tissue paper, choose your style of wrapping paper, pick a ribbon to wrap around your gift and type your personal message in the 'Message(s) / Special Instructions' Box. I live overseas and would like to send a gift to the UK?
Again, this isn't a problem. All you need to do is enter your billing address where you currently reside and the intended delivery address in the UK. Don't forget about our gift-wrapping service. It takes the stresses away!

I would like to send a gift from the UK to overseas. How do I do that?
All you need to do is browse our site, choose your items and contact us so that we can give you a price for the delivery. If you are happy with this then we will send you a invoice via Paypal.

How can I pay for my items?
We use Paypal to complete all transactions. Paypal accepts most major credt and debit cards.

Do I need a paypal Account to pay
No. When you check out online, you will have the option of either logging in to your Paypal Account or making a one off transaction.

I am uneasy about paying for things on the internet. Is my money safe?
We understand that some people may have concerns about shopping online and that is why we have become members of Shop Safe. We follow their high standards. More information can be found here. In addition to our completely secure website we only take payment via Paypal which gives you added reassurance.

I have a question. How do I contact you?
You can contact us via the phone on 0845 299 7845 between 9.30am and 4.30pm, or via the Live Person button between 7.30 and 10pm. You can also fill out an enquiry form or send us an email ( enquiries@kiddiroo.co.uk ). We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours.

All you need to do it subscribe to our monthly newsletter. Once a month you will receive all the latest Kiddiroo news, including details of our special offers and new products. You will also be entered into our monthly prize draw.
