THE BASICS
FREE DELIVERY if you spend £75 or more (not including postage and packing).
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. If your order has been placed over the weekend, then this may not be possible due to postal times. All items should be received within 3 - 5 working days, although in most cases you should receive your orders sooner.
We post our items to anywhere within the UK. If you would like something posted to another country, please contact us for an individual price. The price of postage and packing within the UK falls into 3 categories depending on the weight of the item, which is listed within the item description. The tiers are :

Payment is via Paypal.
If purchased items are faulty, Kiddiroo will refund the full cost of the item, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Unwanted items bought via the Kiddiroo website may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original state with all labels and tags. Upon receipt of this, Kiddiroo will refund the full cost of the item. The customer must bear the costs of returning the item.
If unwanted goods are returned between 8 -14 days of receipt, customers are entitled to an exchange under the Kiddiroo Returns Policy. Again, the goods must be returned in their original state with all labels and tags. In these circumstances the customer will receive a credit for the cost of the items alone. They must bear the cost of all postage and packing charges, both for the new order and for the original order.
Exceptions - Unwanted personalised items are non-refundable. With regards to Selwood Outdoor Playsets and Tidy Books Bookshelves, customers must follow the returns policies for these companies. Prices for these items include delivery. Any credits for unwanted items will be for the products alone.

Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order. Delivery time within the UK is normally between 3-5 working days.
Delivery
Our aim at Kiddiroo is to keep the price of postage and packing as low as possible for our customers. Many websites have one price for every customer no matter what they order, however, we believe that this does not necessarily benefit all customers. As a consequence, we have come up with a three tiered pricing system which we believe has our customers' interests at heart.
We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible. We have three pricing brackets, namely, light weight, medium weight and heavy weight. Included in these prices are the costs associated with the packaging as well as the cost of the postage either via Royal Mail or via Courier Service. The system works whereby you will pay a one off postage and packing fee per order, the cost of which is determined by the weight category of the products (as indicated next to them), that is, light, medium or heavy weight. You will pay the postage and packing price associated with the heaviest item, for example, if you purchase all light weight items you will pay one light weight postage and packing cost. If you purchase a light weight, medium weight and a heavy weight item together, you will pay one heavy weight postage and packing cost.
We have tried to keep the system as simple as possible whilst at the same time, provide a fair service to you, our customers.

All prices are in GBP, including VAT where applicable.The prices are on a three tier basis, with a light, medium and heavy weight category. The prices are :-

If you would like a gift to be delivered outside of the UK, please contact us for prices. If you are resident outside the European Union you are responsible for applicable taxes and custom fees according to your country’s policy.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy

When you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, Kiddiroo will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case,Kiddiroo will refund the price of the Product in full, however, this does not include thecost of sending the item to you. You will alsobe responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. A refund will be givenon thecondition that the item(s) is returned to us in its original state with all labels and tags.
(b) for any other reason(for instance, because the Product is defective), Kiddiroo will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Kiddiroo will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day Kiddiroo confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Kiddiroo will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be sent to the delivery address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation. Kiddiroo aims to dispatch and process all online orders within 24 hours, however, if your order has been placed over the weekend then this may not be possible due to postal times. All items should be received within 3 - 5 working days, although in most cases you should receive your orders sooner. Any dates specified byKiddiroo for delivery are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be of the essence.
Subject to the other provisions of these conditions Kiddiroo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery or short delivery of the Goods (even if caused byKiddiroo's negligence) or performance of the Services.
If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery,
(a) risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer;
(b) the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and
(c)Kiddiroo may store the Goods for up to 30 days, whereupon the Customer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance), thereafter Kiddiroo reserves the right to rescind the contract.
(d) If the customer requests the items to be redelivered, then this is at the cost of the customer.
The Customer shall provide on delivery and at its expense adequate equipment and manual labour for off loading the Goods if appropriate.
Kiddiroo shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused byKiddiroo's negligence) unless the Customer gives written notice to Kiddiroo of the non-delivery within 7 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Any liability of Kiddiroo for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods or issuing a credit note.
